This is a photomanipulation I did ages ago in Adobe Photodeluxe, which is a really simplistic program that used to be bundled with scanners and intended primarily for photo correction. Then I lost it and had to do it over. This second incarnation has been sitting on my hard drive for a few years now, since I copied it from the old LC it was originally done on.
I use it it sometimes as my wallpaper (they switch automatically), and it happened to come up just no, so I thought ... why not submit it? Though the size is a little awkward for my desktop.
I found a picture of this model of a GM custom (from Mobile Suit Gundam) and placed it in a stock photo of London. I painted on shading and highlighting to try to make it fit. It kind of sucks because I did is so long ago with such primitive tools. I basically just had to use a soft paintbrush and eraser tool for the shading. It was done on about four or five layers.
