Well, moving right along. I've got three coats of paint on this thing now. It's a little darker than I had planned, but I kind of like the new color. And it's just there so the white won't show through the fur.

It still looks ugly, though. In fact, it looks worse now. Plus this angle is awful, and the camera flash didn't help. Also, I think it has elephantiasis. But it's okay because I'm making this maquette just to see how my hargen will work in three dimensions, and it'll all be covered with hair in the end anyway.

I supposed I should do the eyes, though, and maybe some detail in the face since it won't be totally covered.

Meh.

When it's done, I'll really try to be awake at a normal time when there's better lighting so the flash won't be a problem. Being nocturnal isn't really conducive to good photos.

Also, this will get moved to scraps whenever I get around to finishing the thing. That could be a while since I still have to locate some hair for it.
