Artist's Statement
Expressive and gestural are the works that I create,
Formed with a lofty vision and a careful hand

What the hell am I writing about?
The purpose is the experience, not the product

This is just a user ID incorporating a bit of the Shavian alphabet, since I like to use it a lot. The Shavian text in the background is scanned from a page in Androcles and the Lion. The name in Shavian is the Shaw Metro font, which I created but haven't uploaded here. The Roman text at the top is Eurostyle bold, and the rest is Futura condensed medium.

I created the background by scribbling with my tablet, blurring it an ungodly amount, and then adjusting the levels to give it some contrast, also creating the posterizing effect. Just so you know, that's not because of compression.

This was made in all of about two minutes, so it's not the best I could have done. Feel free to let me know what you think.

Interesting, so you use Apple computers? I personally don't like apple very much...
